But you know what.
I. Freaking. Love it.
No sense right? Well let me explain.
Everything just kind of sucked. Like the characters were so irritating it wasn't even funny. (especially the cousin) The characters I think I hated the most. And also the setting and artwork were kind of average as well. The story development was if-ish too. But you know why I love it so much? Because of the plot. It was so unique and interesting that I just had to watch it. The music was terrible as well besides the opening song that was played throughout the entire series. But I don't mean mediocore good, it was really good. It was sung in Latin and it was so deep and sad and it's called Lillium which is lily in Latin. This song made me want to learn how to speak it just so I could sing this song and have the bragging rights to say that I could speak Latin.
Anywho, summary time!
So it starts with a girl named Lucy breaking out of a facility that was meant to keep her locked down. She escaped and ended up killing around 22 people from the abridged series count. Anywho. She got knocked in the head pretty hard and was switched into different persona and ended up on the beach after falling into water. So there she was, a naked girl of about 18 who was only able to say 'Nyu!' as a form of communication. Yeah. Nyu. So these two cousins, one Kota and one Yuka? I think? Anyway, they find her and instead of taking her to the police, social services, or someone who could take care of her she was taken to there own home. Yeah. That just screams logic. Common sense. Anyway, they explain about her vectors, invisble 4 meter arms and hands that are almost indestructable, can lift almost anything, and can infect people with the dyclonius gene, their gene, so that if the person that got touched by the vectors has the dyclonius gene in them and if they have a kid with someone or it is there own kid then it will be born with horns, pick hair, and vectors. Yeah, cause that is TOTALLY genetics works. She's also extremly hostile and homicidal. Yep. So the guys try to come after her. That is how it starts.
It's so strange....
but it's good....kind oooff.
